Our Conclusions

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
There have been four meetings: Lanciano - Italy; London - England; Constanta - Romania; Valencia - Spain. The project aimed to create open access educational resources that will impact upon young people, youth workers, training institutions for the youth, school teachers and trainers and organisations economically active or representing the sector, and learners.
Quality Assurance ensures that the project results and ways of working are produced to the standard expected by all.

This has required us to ask questions across the partners, across any participating staff in development, learners and their families, and the stakeholders upon whom we make an impact.
This stakeholder's (trainers, teachers and youth workers) engagement also appears throughout the project and each work package and questionnaires, so we must also ensure there is no duplication.
Evaluation involves learning from experience. It required us to reflect, understand, adapt and make changes in order to meet aims and improve performance. Evaluation makes an assessment of our success, and has helped us to understand how and why outputs and outcomes have been achieved, or the lessons to be learnt when they are not.

OUR CONCLUSIONS
The Project WB-TAC has come to a conclusion in June 2019. The partnership has effectively discussed 4 different topics, agreed in the kick-off meating:
  • Team work - Italy
  • Student based approach- UK
  • Learning through problem solving approach - Romania (Constanta)
  • Manual and work-based approach - Spain

The analysis of these topics has brought the all partnership to a more deep understanding of the topics, how can these be used effectively in empowering training programmes, the importance of art and culture for training programmes, how these can be used and how these can contribute to tacke common EU problems like unemployment and marginalisation.
The partnership has created together an Empowering Programme called "Go Selfie Hunt" which combines the innovative teaching techniques of student centred and work-based techniques with art and culture to achieve a more effective, empowering and unique experience which will be promoted to all association, schools, trainers who wish to include in their offer and innovative and complete experience.
