1.       Presentation of the organisation: Each partner presented their organisation and their individual role. To have a more dynamic twist and in conjunction with the Art theme the partners described their organisations with reference to a piece of artwork and why that artwork symbolises their company mission. With this information we had a background of the different partners on a professional level.

2.       Icebreaking game “Human Bingo”. Each member had to fill in a form of boxes with a participate’s name of somebody who fits the description written in the box. It gets people up, talking to each other, it is less “serious” and we begin to find interesting information about the participants and their backgrounds.

3.       Administration:  Contract have been returned, the dissemination plan explained a broad outline was agreed of how the different meetings will be structured.
·      We create a dropbox folder where everybody will access document- there will be:

b. Dissemination folder, where we find a Dissemination template. Each partner needs to disseminate the result of the meeting within their fb, web-site, social media. There is a Dissemination template each partner takes this template and inserts their screemshots in it. Please then safe the file under your organisation name. f.e Dissemination CPA.
c. A folder with all Photos
d. A folder to insert – boarding Passes, flight payment, hotel bill for Lanciano.

4.       Team work activities on the sample of the Mediator Museale:
·         Description of the Museum Mediator. The afternoon activities were then conducted with the Museum Mediator concept in mind so the idea isn’t just an abstract theory but shown to them for real. There was a locational team activity building within the city of Lanciano. This was an interactive and lively tour including a treasure hunt to demonstrate alternative styles of offering a tour. After the tour the group participated in the Escape Room concept, again, interactive and for the whole team. The day’s formal activities finished with a discussion and improvement plan for those activities.
·         Group discussion. Groups were picked in order of everybody’s birthday which, again, meant participants need to get up, and discuss who had their birthday on what day, an energizing activity to start the activities. Team was split into four groups, each group had to discuss the importance of teamwork with regard to a course, sustainability, effectiveness and the trainer on a local, national and European level. As a result the whole group created the following statements to identify key elements for a good empowering course and the quality assurance measurements;
·         To have a successful, sustainable project and course, plus self-confident participant we as a team have identified 4 key themes:
o   1. Team-work (we are discussing this in Italy)
