Effective Training
Our programmes are designed to support educators in developing innovative, inclusive, and practical strategies to address the complexity of the educational field in our age. Teachers are required to respond to diverse learning needs, behavioural challenges, communication barriers, and emotionally demanding contexts, while creating inclusive and motivating learning environments. Through our programmes we provide education professionals with the tools to:
- bring innovation (new tools, techniques, approaches, perspectives)
- overcome difficult situations effectly
- respond to emotional, social, and behavioural needs in diverse learning settings
We use non-formal learning techniques combined with the SMILE coaching system, offering a practical and learner-centred approach to professional development. Each course is tailored to the age group of the students, ensuring that methods, activities, and tools are relevant and immediately applicable in the classroom.
Objectives:
- Build participants’ capacity to transfer acquired competences into diverse learning environments, promoting inclusion, participation, and equal opportunities for students, pupils, and trainees
- Provide theory and concepts about creativity, sustainability, inclusion and coaching and their use in learning
- Introduce methods and practical tools that encourage innovative and sustainable approaches to teaching, learning, and problem-solving
- Explore a variety of teaching and learning tools, including innovative digital solutions, to improve communication, engagement, and accessibility
- Provide methods and practical tools to stimulate the development of alternative approaches
- Strengthen problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills, enabling educators to respond effectively to change, diversity, and complex educational contexts
Below you can find all info regarding program, costs, venue and logistics. The main language of the program is English since it would be attending people from different countries.
SMILE Project (possibly funded by Erasmus +).
Target groups:
Teachers, trainers, and educators (pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, adult education, and special needs); school and organisational staff; educational guides and counsellors; and school leaders, including head teachers and managers.
Dates and Places:
We are flexible and can arrange our programme to your learning needs. We will provide a tailored course specific to your learning outcomes adapted to the age and type of students you work with.
These dates are of the training schedule. You have to count with 2 extra days of travel (1 for arrival + 1 for departure)
Program example:
The program is divided in 5 working days as following:
1st Day – Welcome, Creativity and Creative Thinking
2nd Day – Creativity tools and methods, Experience art as a tool of communication
3rd Day – Creative and Coaching tools to use in education and communication with pupils
4th Day – Non-Formal methods in Education
5th Day – Follow Up, Evaluation
The schedule will be 6 working hours per day as following:
09:00 – 13:00 14:30 – 16:30
Methodology:
Our methodology is based on a balanced combination of theory and practice, integrating formal and non-formal learning approaches. This ensures that participants strengthen both their professional competences and soft skills, with a strong focus on immediate transfer to their daily work.
Participants will actively cooperate through small-group activities, peer learning, and guided reflection, fostering collaboration and the exchange of experiences. Particular attention is given to supporting each participant’s individual learning process, encouraging awareness and self-assessment of the competences acquired.
The programme also introduces practical coaching techniques specifically designed to help teachers manage and overcome challenging situations in the classroom, reinforcing confidence, resilience, and problem-solving abilities.

The course will be conducted in English.
Accommodation and travels (covered by Erasmus +):
- Your school or organization should take care of this for you, according to your needs.
- If you need our support, please request more information to know the conditions, and we ensure all logistics (transport from airport to the venue, accommodation, meals, local transportation). We can provide you with some alternatives.

We can adjust the fees to help you, however keep in mind that you still have to cover other costs including: travel, insurance, accommodation and meals.
